With years of experience in Blockchain and Mobile Payment business sector, Ms. Chen has developed and maintained international ties with the Blockchain elites from United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, India, Poland, etc. Ms. Chen is also the Executive Director of TiENPAY Mobile Wallet Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Vice President of DA Media LLC.

Dr. TiEN has been working in FinTech Industry for more than 30 years. In witness of the development of human communications, Dr. TiEN understands the future and prospect of blockchain development.
